Abby must have wanted her turn at a blowout pic posted on the blog! Notice that it goes all the way down the leg of her footie pjs! Fun!

Bath Time Fun!

We took baths during the day today which meant PLAY TIME!

Abby didn't care about learning to sit up in the bath tub all she cared about was sucking on the bath toy!

Brooke discovered that sitting up in the bath meant she could reach new things! Take a look at the 1st sitting photo - stuff on the wall, about 5 seconds later, it was all knocked down and will be finding a new home before our next bath!

Abby Waved Bye-Bye

Abby's first wave bye-bye was to her daddy and the crew!

Michael just stopped through the neighborhood in the fire engine. As he was leaving I had Abby in one arm and waved bye-bye with the other. Abby then waved bye-bye to her daddy and the crew in the fire engine. So cool!

8 Months

8 Months Old

Abby started sitting on her own in the last few days!

Brooke took her first ride in a shopping cart today! Up until today Brooke has had to be in the Bjorn on my chest and Abby in her car seat in the bucket of the cart.

One of the biggest joys we have experienced so far has been in the last few days as Abby & Brooke have begun to really play together and make each other giggle. We will post video soon, it is precious!

Love!!!

I love them so much! I am sitting at my desk, they are sleeping less than 5 feet away from me and I miss them! I knew I would love them, I had no idea it would be this GOOD! I am blessed, thank you Lord for these precious gifts that I get to share with my amazing husband.

The Office!

The grown ups call this place the office. The kids call it their favorite place to hang out with friends and best place to play ever!

Aunt Caitlin & Uncle Chris

Aunt Caitlin and Uncle Chris came to visit us the last week in October. Denver had a ton of snow and it was sunny and beautiful here. Aunt Caitlin helped cook several delicious meals, soup for sick friends, and watched us while mommy ran errands. Uncle Chris could make us laugh and on several occasions had great success in getting Brooke to sleep!

Brooke - 7 Months

Brooke is an active little girl. She is doing more and more each day, sitting up, practicing drinking water from the sippy cup, and teething. She has an awesome giggle and a fun growl. And yes, those amazing blue eyes and a contagious smile!

We were "airing" out a really bad diaper rash - but who can resist photos of baby butt cheeks!

This is for Aunt Helena who says they are always so happy and must never cry - well that is almost 100% truth. This is .0000000000000001% of the time!

Abby - 7 Months

Abby has become a little more independent, wanting to hold her bottle and feed herself more and more these days. She has a contagious smile, a darling laugh, loves to talk very loudly, and WOW watch out for those eyes, they will melt your heart!

Forecast For Snow - 3 Feet!

October 27th, actual snow - a very light dusting. But it gave us a chance to test drive our new car seat covers. Brooke wasn't too fond of the cover.
