Christmas, 26 Weeks, and More

Birthday lunch with truly amazing women,
I am blessed by your friendship.
p.s. I didn't spill on my white sweater!!!
A Christmas that we are both certain was like none other and probably won't ever be repeated. It was quiet and restful, filled with much love and excitement for the change the girls will bring to Christmas for many years to come!
Christmas Eve service at church.
My belly (or is it the girls) at 26 weeks!
Jen we are sorry if we squished you during the hug,
it looks like we took over half your body!

Michael is so loving...

he has offered to take over for me these last 12 weeks! I think we will have to flip a coin on who will go through labor and delivery, he hasn't volunteered for that part!

The Calvary Chapel staff Christmas bowl off was a great time. We are blessed by our friendship with each of you.

Getting plenty of rest before the girls arrive...

Hut Trip - Continental Divide Hut

December 8th & 9th
Arriving at the hut, after a brief 1 mile snowshoe, easy even at 5 months pregnant! As long as the others are willing to let you rest every few minutes (thank you).

The men fixing dinner! Best pizza ever!!!

Hanging out by the stove, staying warm, laughing at the size of my belly!

Thank you to our awesome friends willing to adventure in the winter with the prego lady and to my wonderful husband who keeps us active, planning fun trips, and making great memories!

The Chariot - Cougar 2

A very special and BIG thank you to the purchasers of the Chariot Cougar 2! This will be a stroller, a jogger, a bike trailer, a cross country ski sleigh, as well as a hiking sleigh! Both girls can ride along from infant to 4 years old (that is if dad is pulling them not mom). We are looking forward to putting it to great use!

Baby Shower - Denver

WOW, are we so spoiled! A shower took place over this last weekend for friends and family in Denver. Helena flew in from San Diego! It was a special weekend with great friends who over the years and miles have remained close to my heart! Thank you all for being there! This is another great "belly" photo!

Baby Shower - Colorado Springs

We were so blessed to be spoiled by Grandma Kathy and Kris with a baby shower in Colorado Springs this last Saturday, November 8th.

The spread was amazing and the Noah's Ark cake "Two by Two" was incredible!

We are about half way there until the girls arrive and wow are they already spoiled and oh so loved! Thank you all for your generosity.

Belly Update!

The photo says it all! If you can look past the belly it was a beautiful day to see Pikes Peak!

Proud Parents!

These probably are only for "mom and dad" but I thought I would try and post. Not real clear but in the top picture (baby on my right) you can see it's eyes if you look closely. I think it is an adorable little face shot! If your an expert you will also see the two little hands, it just took its thumb out of its mouth.

The bottom picture (baby on my left) is the head and the arm bone is what you can see real clearly.

Thanks for letting us share!

Do they look more like mom, dad, or Aunt Helena?

Our 1st Team Photo!

Baby "B" is really the same size as Baby "A" it is just a funny angle.

Wow how they grow!

Both babies are doing great!

New Home!

Amidst the 24 hour "morning sickness", Michael moved us into our new home! We are so blessed!

1+1=4

August 11, 2008

We knew that 1+1 = the two of us together.

We prayed and did our part to become a family of 3.

Little did we know, 1+1 would equal 4!!!

We are having TWINS! (The two black blobs)
