February 2010 - Sledding

Abby and Brooke had so much fun sledding for the very first time that even though we had brought them to the park in the stroller we ended up dragging them home in the sleds to keep the laughter going.

11 Months - February 2010

These smiles say more than I could put in to words! So much love! So much fun! Our hearts are bursting with joy!

Abby's second bottom tooth came in!

We love our hats that Grandpa Don sent from the Hmong people while he was visiting Thailand. Brooke cried every time we took the hat off of her for about 2 weeks!

Our friend Anastasia turned one, this was the first birthday party we have been too!

We do actually read too! (This is our new favorite face that Brooke makes and just like it looks she actually says "ooooohhhhhhhhh" with that cute little face)

10 Months - January 2010

January was filled with activity and development for Abby and Brooke.

Abby started crawling on February 2nd! Brooke had been army crawling since January 6th. Abby would just sit back and watch Brooke cruise around. I continued to think to myself one of these days she is just going to lean over on to all four and take off. That is literally what happened. I was working at my desk, Abby was playing in her room. We made eye contact, she leaned over, and crawled to me!

Brooke had two top teeth come in!

Abby had her very first tooth on the bottom start to come up!

Both girls will clap when you say clap or "yeah". It is very cute and makes us all laugh and smile!

10 Months

February 2010 - Two cutie pies modeling the incredible handmade sweaters and hats (matching blankets didn't make it in the pictures) from Andi, a friend from church.

Yes (proud mom warning:) - they really are this cute and just amazing little angels!

Bath Time Fun!

January 16, 2010 - Almost 10 Months

Abby & Brooke take their first bath together. They had so much fun kicking, splashing, giggling, and playing! You would think it is easier now that we can bath them together, but we all have so much fun it takes twice a long. Who could resist bath play time with these cuties!

The Flemings Visit

Aidan, Renia, and Jack came to visit us from Illinois in the end of January. We had such a fun time watching Jack climb and play. We miss you!

Abby really wanted to get in the bath with Jack. As soon as she heard him playing in there she kicked and screamed (full tantrum) until I let her hold my hands and walk in there.

Hmmm...I bet I can get up on top of this...oh yes I can!

Denver Girls

I went to Denver for my first solo trip since the girls were born! Lots of errands and shopping but the best part was lunch with Angela, Jamie, and Margaret.

Thank you Michael for hanging with Abby & Brooke for a very long day while I got to go play!
